Grayson County ARES NTS/radiogram presentation

This evening I had the pleasure of meeting with Grayson County ARES members to talk about the National Traffic System and the radiogram format. I hope everyone found NTS and traffic handling information useful, not only for working NTS traffic, but for ICS-213 forms and other traffic in general.
